DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN DIGITAL AGE
Arbitration benefits from a great increase in the use of technology which has directly effected the conduct of proceedings. More particularly, with the digitalization, the way that we conduct arbitration proceedings has been changed to reflect the current needs of parties with an aim of increasing time and cost efficiency. London: An international hub for dispute resolution
William Cecil and Fiona Cain of Haynes Booth LLP discuss important factors to consider when drafting an arbitration clause. Arbitrations seated in London resolving disputes which are subject to English law continue to dominate the arbitration landscape. This popularity is the result of England's long-established and well-respected legal system that has been supportive of arbitration for many years.
